- This is a solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number HE1260-05-R-0044 is being used as a Request for Proposal and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation is for NAICS codes 485113. The components will be used by Department of Dependents Schools-DDESS-Guam, Transportation Division, Okinawa Japan. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr.gov) to receive any contract awards or payment.
