- The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 11,098 usable square feet of office space on street level and contiguous and no more than twice as long as it is wide. This space requires adequate parking for the public and must be proximate to public transportation. The lease term requirement is for five (5) years. The space must be available for occupancy by December 13, 2006. The delineated area is: north - route 183 (Randolph Road);east - Wheaton Regional Park and Sligo Creek Park; south - Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway); and west - route 185 (Connecticut Avenue). Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00 p.m. on August 25, 2005, and must include the following information: Building name and address. Rentable square feet available and expected rent rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rent rate per OASF fully serviced. Date of space availability. Method of rentable space measurement. Building Ownership Information. Amount of space available on-site and its cost - include whether expected rent rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). List of building services provided.
