- United States Government seeks sources for leased office and related space in and around the St. Louis area. Requirement: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 22,789 usable square feet (USF) with indoor area of 8,309 USF and outdoor area of 14,480 USF. The 14,480 USF is to be at no cost to the Government. Delineated area: This space must be within 15 minutes of the Mississippi River waterfront and 15 minutes of 1222 Spruce, St. Louis, MO. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 4 months from the date of Government approved drawings. Lease term: The proposed rental term shall be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Both existing space and new construction will be considered. The space must be fully serviced, and altered to meet the Federal Government?s requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space or sites for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building or property offered.
