- The General Service Administration intends to issue solicitation through reference no. 4THO17058036 using full and open competition for the award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The contractor will provide routine maintenance, application of upgrades, and staff coaching necessary to operate the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) systems at the Data Storage Facility in a cost-effective manner while delivering maximum occupant comfort levels. The Technical Service Program (TSP) is customized to meet the needs of 24-hour operating military support business. Period of Performance base period is 13 months with two 1 year options. Successful offerors must maintain facility and personnel security clearances at the secret level. The Government will not provide hard copy versions of the solicitation or any subsequent amendments.
