- The Regional Contracting Office, SW, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton is soliciting sources to provide a co-located Command Operations Center (COC) and Casualty Operations Center (CasCO) with integrated Audio/Visual (A/V), Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and multi-display capability for he 1st Marine Division?s Commanding General at the Division Headquarters, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is M00681-05-T-0181. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price. The procurement is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 and the Federal Supply Code is D304. Award will be made to the contractor whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government, considering technical, past performance, experience, price and other factors.
