- The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to negotiate a contract on the basis of Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. NRL will negotiate with ORBIT Advanced Technologies, Incorporated, 506 Prudential Road, Horsham, PA 19044, for procurement of two new Antenna Measurement Systems. The first is for an existing 125 inch tapered anechoic chamber, and provides a 4-axis receive antenna positioner controller, 8-way receive port switch and controller, 2-axis transmit antenna positioner modifications and controller, transmit polarization switch and controller, transmitter and receiver hardware and control, and the software and computer hardware that provides command and control, data collection, analysis, and post-processing capability. The second is for a new rectangular anechoic chamber that is currently being built, and provides a 3 axis receive antenna positioner and controller, 1-axis transmit antenna positioner and controller, transmit polarization switch and controller, transmitter and receiver hardware and control, and the software and computer hardware that provides command and control, data collection, analysis, and post-processing capability. NRL develops spacecraft and the necessary antennas to support both communications with the vehicle as well as payload requirements..
