Description

Project consists of the construction of a new observation deck, concrete retaining wall, and bituminous walkway. The work includes mobilization and demobilization, earthwork, grading, installing reinforcing steel and concrete, carpentry construction, miscellaneous metal work, laying bituminous seeding, and all appurtenant work. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $28.5 million.
