- The previous issued announcment is modified to change the contract vehicle from an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Order to a Blanket Purchace Agreement: The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Willapa National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 3888 SR 101, Ilwaco, WA 98624-9707, has a requirement for transportation of supplies, equipment and livestock to and from Tenasillahe Island, Oregon. The Service intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements to one or more contractors able to provide service on a cost per hour basis to the agency. Vendors must be within a reasonable boating distance, have the capabilities to transport a refuge-owned barge and have adequate insurance coverage in case of an accident or other mishap. The contractor must provide to the refuge, accurate and complete records for all boating operations. Calls will be issued to the contractor in advance of, as well as specifying, and authorizing, all required work. Interested contractors must be registered in the CCR and must show interest by submitting services provided and price list for hourly rate.
