- Project No. 02N25, To???hajiilee Community School, located approximately 40 miles west of Albuquerque, NM. Major renovation of 14 educational buildings no. 611, 621, 632, 634, 635, 641, 642, 646, 647, 649, 650, 651, 652, and 653 to include all site improvement work, resurfacing the school parking lot, and construction of a new emergency access road. Alternate Bid Items 1) Install a 6 ft. high chainlink perimeter fence around the school campus; 2) Construction of an 8-lane rubber surface Track and Field; 3) (Phase II) Construction of new sewer lagoons with related civil, sewer, infrastructure, and all associated site work and construction of a new Chemical Storage / Lift Station Control Building (22??? x 9??? 4???). Project ranges between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be provided to only those written requests that include a Certified Check in the amount of $100.00 (per set) payable to the U.S. Treasurer.
