(EMAIL: kimberly.smith@redstone.army.mil ) RFQ will be issued to HERLEY INDUSTRIES, INC., 10 SONAR DRIVE, WOBURN, MA 01801-1570 (cage code 32187). This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. PRON: D15H1670, NOUN: Electronic Module, Standardized Ethernet A186, PN: 11477842, NSN: 5895-01-400-1483, QTY: 2. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. A quantity of (1) one, is re quires for Government Tested First Article. Delivery Schedule 290 days after contract award, 100 days for delivery of first article, 90 days testing and 100 days for delivery of production quantity. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which de fines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-L, FAX Number 2 56-955-7737. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
