Description: The Government has a need for a MEADS network study to provide a netted-distributed plug & fight network solution to the MEADS EO networking requirements. This task will also identify a development plan that defines the integration of the resulting n etwork design into a software defined radio compliant platform and include both schedule and cost to achieve EDM units. This purchase is strictly considering the NovaRoam WNW OFDM implementation with respect to the MEADS netted distributed plug and fight a rchitecture, hence will be sole sourced to Nova Engineering. The purchase will include the following: 1. Perform MEADS EO networking analysis using Government furnished scenarios and requirements; 2. Define a radio architecture based on task 1 results that will meet the MEADS EO requirements; and 3. Define the development, schedule, and cost to port this radio networking architecture onto a software defined radio compliant platform. The Government anticipates award to be made to NOVA Engineering, Inc. for a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
