PRON: AX579671AX, NSN: 3120-01-352-0217, PN: 7-311411154-1, QUANTITY: Min: 7,500 each/Max: 37,500 each - 5 year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to The Kamatics Corp., Cage Code 50632, Sargent Controls & Aerospace, Cage Code 97613; RBC Transport Dynamics Corp., Cage Code 09455 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, Cage Cod e 8V613, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) req uire acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 7,500 each, 384 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 7,500 each, 256 DACA. Production Lead-ti me with Article II Clause is 7,500 each, 320 DACA. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estim ated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their re spective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Age ncy.
