- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number, W44W9M-05-T-0235 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. Issued as a small business set aside, responses will be accepted only from small businesses. The associated SIC code is 3441, NAICS code is 332312, and size standard 500 employees. Requirements: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant has a requirement for three (3) each TURNOUT, COMPLETE PANELIZED 90RA TURNOUT USING #1 RELAY WITH A 5 1 /2 INCH PUNCH, RIGHT HAND TURNOUT. SHALL USE RACOR 40 OR EQUAL SWITCH STAND. Delivery is f.o.b. destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Bldg 8, 1 C Tree Road, McAlester OK, 74501. FAR provisions and clauses cited in this solicitation may be accessed through the internet at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. Offerors are directed to the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items (JAN 2004), which applies to this acquisition and is hereby incorporated by reference. Offer ors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (JAN 2004) with their offer. Applying the provision at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will awa rd a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: LOWEST OVERALL PRICE MEETING THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE GOVERNMENT.
