- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: Steamer, Cleveland Range P/n 36CEM1648 or equal, 1 ea. Items are required within 30 days ARO, and FOB destination is preferred for delivery to CRTC/SVS, BLDG 449, 100 Independence Drive, Camp Douglas, WI 54618-5001. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W912J2-05-T-3002. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contracto r Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-1 3. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333319, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. The provision at FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this solicitation.
