- This is an amendment solicitation notice. CLIN 0001 changed to A Translator is needed to interpret claims filed by Iraqi nationals from Operation Iraqi Freedom and US Army ongoing operations in Iraq. Most the claims presented are in Arabic. Servic es provided by a contractor are as follows: Translate documents from Arabic to English as well as English to Arabic. Submit translation documents in writing to the Claims Office. The Interpreter will return the original document as well as the translate d document within one business day for every three pages translated. Contractors must quote on a per word basis for an estimated amount of 20,000 words per year. Contractor will invoice only for the amount of words translated and the Government reserves the right to deobligate, at the end of the year, any unused funds.
