- This is not a solicitation announcement, but rather a request for sources sought. The Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center West (ITEC4-W), located at Fort Huachuca, AZ is seeking input from potential sources relativ e to the following requirement. Requirement: ITEC4-W has a need for experienced professionals in the areas of developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Business Case Analysis for the Government. Potential vendors must have knowledge i n Fiscal Law and using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Potential vendors with the skills, experience, and knowledge of providing these services are invited to submit sufficient information that demonstrates their ability to fulfill this requirem ent. Responses, including the potential vendors business status (e.g.: small, large, small dis-advantaged, 8(a), Hub Zone, DAV, etc.) and information regarding any master contract vehicles potential vendors may have, should be emailed to the following add ress: cynthia.hall@netcom.army.mil.
