This requirement is sole source to Smiths Industries (Cage 058R3), Clearwater, FL. The Government does not own the technical data. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a five year (basic year and four annual options) firm fixed price requirements type contract for the repair of the: Fuel Quantity Indicator NSN: 6680-01-360-9451GA, P/N: 20-246-01, Basic year BEQ is 0-2 each, BEQ for Option I through III is 1-24 each, BEQ for Option IV is 1-22 each. Fuel Probe NSN 6680-01-361-0739GA, P/N 0250KTU01, Basic year BEQ is 6 each, BEQ for Option I through IV is 1-12 each. Liquid Transmitter NSN 6680-01-361-0740GA, P/N 0116KTU02, Basic year BEQ is 7 each, BEQ for Option I through IV is 1-12 each. Probe/Forward Tank Unit NSN 6680-01-361-0741GA, P/N 0116KTU01, Basic year BEQ is 0-2 each, BEQ for Option I through III is 1-5 each, BEQ for Option IV is 1-3 each. Fuel Level Monitor NSN 2915-01-361-0133GA, P/N 0201KCR01, Basic year BEQ is 0-2 each, BEQ for Option I through III is 1-5 each, BEQ for Option IV is 1-3 each.
