New Era Builders, Inc. can be contacted at 216-362-7252 for subcontracting opportunities. _______________________________________________________________________________ RELOCATE WEAPONS VAULT FROM FACILITY 30256 AT WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE. NAICS CODE 236220, Size Standard $28.5 Million. The proposed acquisition is for a sole-source from the Small Business Administration (SBA) using the authority of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The scope of this project consists of furnishing all materials and performing all labor required to relocate weapons vault from Facility 30256 to 30257, including associated architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and miscellaneous work as herein specified and as shown, indicated, or noted on the drawings. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The attached solicitation documents are made available for potential subcontractors, and are not intended for the basis of competition or negotiation with any company other than the selected sole source. This proposed contract action is to relocate weapons vault from Facility 30256 for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 5.202 section (a)(4). The 8(a) selected source is New Era Builders, Inc. and has been chosen by the Small Business Administration prior to the release of this synopsis. (1) 05R0055 is a WPAFB Construction Contracting (PKCEA) program. The current status is Released RFP and it is a Category Z ? Repair and maintenance of structures and facilities.
