- The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Aculight Corporation, 11805 North Creek Parkway South, Suite 113, Bothell, WA 98011 for the purchase of one PF1550-36 Printed Circuit Assemblies (for seed laser, controller and pump module) (NAICS 334418), and one PF1550-36 Power Amplifier, Cooling and Enclosure NAICS 334220). Aculight Corporation is the sole manufacturer and distributor for this part. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received (quote with product specifications) will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This procurement shall be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
