- Martial Arts Instructor: To provide the expertise needed to operate a well-rounded martial arts program. Furnish all tools, parts, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform classes: Martial Arts classes are to be conducted at the Mathis Fitness Center or the Carswell field House. The location will be determined by the Fitness Center Director (FCD) IAW the needs of customers and to comply with mission requirements. Classes will be conducted Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1800 to 1930 hours. Instructor must possess, as a minimum, current national certification (Black Belt) prior to conducting first class. 1 Oct 2005 - 30 Sept 2006 with 2 option years. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 28 July 2005.
