- Fitness Equipment Maintenance: Contractor shall provide all tools, parts, labor, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the following services: Suppport fitness program by performing regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, major and minor mechanical repairs on fitness equipment at specified intervals IAW the statement of work that will be attached to the solicitation. Documentation of work in maintenance files/books. Sign in and out of work place. Contractor performance will be at bldgs 140 and 340. Period of Contract is from 1 OCT 05 to 30 SEP 06 with a possible 2 option years. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 28 July 2005.
