- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for firms that are SBA Certified under the following programs: 8(a), 8(a) ANC, HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB and/or VOSB. The firm must be a General Construction firm with an approved NAICS Code 236220 with a $28.5 Small Business Size Standard and a bonding capability of about $3 million. The firm must have hospital experience with contracts as a prime in the $3 million range. The project scope is a design build project to construct a 18,000 GSF to house engineering shops and prosthetics storage adjacent to the existing warehouse connected on one side.
