- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office, 5901 East Seventh Street, Bldg 149, Long Beach, California 90822 intends to procure a firm fixed price service contract under FAR Parts 12 and 13 to provide preventive maintenance and support of medical equipment for the San Diego Healthcare System, 3550 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The contractor shall furnish F.O.B. destination all labor, material, parts, tools, equipment, travel, and shipping expenses to perform two (2) preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) annually, and intervening service calls between inspections as needed, for Government owned United Technologies Packard Scintillation Counter (model number COBRA 5002) and two (2) Micromedic Systems Automatic Gamma Counters (Model number 28058). This will be a five (5) year contract with one (1) base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. This solicitation will be available for download at www. fedbizopps.gov on or about August 15, 2005 with offers due on or about September 16, 2005. NAICS code is 811219. This is a 100% small business set-aside. See Government-wide numbered note 1.
