- Description
- The contractor shall furnish the necessary qualified professional services for processing and resolution of requests for confidentiality received by the agency. The contractor shall review documents and produce draft responses to confidentiality requests that are consistent with law and the agency's regulation on confidentiality. A Simplified Acquisition (Purchase Order) will be awarded with an anticipated Period of Performance for approximately for 180 days from the date of award. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be mailed to those organizations responding in writing via email to this announcement. Emails shall be sent to: anita.barber@nhtsa.dot.gov. The anticipated issuance date for the RFQ is August 15, 2005.
