- Provide all labor and material required to perform a dry docking of Tug Boat TD 21. The Maritime Administration will deliver the TD-21 to the contractor?s facility which must be located within 30 nautical miles of the James River Reserve Fleet. Work shall include but not be limited to: servicing cathodic protection system; hull UT survey; hull cleaning and painting; engine room and bilge cleaning, coating and touch-up; valves & strainer servicing; cutlass bearing/tail shaft inspection; propeller cleaning; rudder testing; fender replacement; provide new wheelhouse doors; repair bullwark and safety stanchions; and steel renewals. A complete solicitation package for this requirement is expected to be posted on the FedBizOpps website the week of 01 August 2005.
