- Correction: This action originally publicized in the FedBizOpps dated 3/31/05 is being modified as follows: The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, North Carolina has a requirement for security surveillance preventive maintenance and repairs. NOTE CHANGE: The period of performance will be for a one year period beginning on or about September 1, 2005. This is a firm fixed price requirement and will be issued as a Request for Quotation under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Request for Quotation DLV40346 will be issued on or about August 3, 2005 and will be due on or about August 24, 2005. There will be a site visit for this solicitation approximate one (1) week after issuance. The date, time, and place of the site visit will be specified in the solicitation package. Requests for the solicitation package must be submitted in writing to the attention of Deitra Lunney via FAX 919-541-5117 or to NIEHS, AMB/OM, P.O. Box 12874, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 (for USPS) or NIEHS, Nottingham Hall, 4505 Emperor Blvd., 2nd Floor, Suite 245, Durham, NC 27703 (for overnight delivery).
