- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking quoters for a Firm-fixed, Non-personal, purchase order to provide Radiology Interpretation Services at the Spirit Lake Health Center at Fort Totten, North Dakota. These services shall be available eight (8) hours per day Monday through Friday with the exception of Federal holidays. The contract radiologist must be within thirty-minutes (30) driving time from the service unit. Period of performance will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with one (1) option year.. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 12, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is August 29, 2005.
