- The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA0 National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) intends to aquire on other than full and open competition basis, data aquisition and processing for the assessment of high resolution topographic patterns in the John Day River Basin. Watershed Sciences, Inc, the intended source is the only LiDar Company with aircraft and equipment based in the Pacific Northwest with unique expertise in LiDar image interpretation, hydrologic analysis, and landscape scale assessments with the John Day River Basin that is central to the success of the overall project objectives. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000
