- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the National Weather Service, 732 Woodlane Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey, 08060. Period of Performance will be 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006, with four one-year options. The applicable NAICS number is 561720 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million annually. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (Fed Biz Opps) site at www.fedbizopps/. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile or written requests will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial item acquisition on or about July 20, 2005 utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. To be eligible for award offerors must have valid DUNS Numbers and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Numbered Note 1 applies.
