- **THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING ISSUED TO ADD THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Quantity is reduced from 11 each to 5 each. The 100% Quantity Option is no longer required.** YPG05056000815, NSN 1680-00-685-0515, Seat, Aircraft. P/N 801775-400. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN, please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. FOB Destination/ Inspection at Origin. This is a proposed fixed price definite quantity contract. Quantity: 11 each, 206 DARO, 100% Quantity Option applies. Notes 22 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. Other than Full and Open Competition. Intended source: MAG Aerospace Industries CAGE 92824. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. Configuration Control applies. Critical Application Item. QAP 003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be awarded as a definite quantity contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
