Description

This notice is posted in accordance with the requirement of FAR 5.201(b)(ii). The USCG intends to issue a firm fixed price modification to existing purchase order HSCG38-05-P-500096. The purchase order was awarded to Apical Industries, 2608 Temple Heights drive, Oceanside, CA 92056 for test and evaluation of thirty-three (33) Life Rafts, Apical PN#83LRU101-1. The Purchase Order will be modified, increasing the scope of work to include Firm Fixed Price Repairs. Apical Industries is the Original Equiment Manufacturer (OEM) and all work shall be performed in accordance with OEM specifications. The USCG does not own or have data rights to OEM technical data. Therefore, the USCG cannot provide drawings or technical data requirements.
