- SYNOPSIS FOR PURCHASE OF Mediacal Transcription Service Synopsis created for purchase of Medical Transcription Service to be conducted at Dyess Air Force Base. This is classified under the North American Industry Classification System 561492, with a Small Business size standard of $6, 000, 000 or less annual gross income. It is anticipated that the solicitation (FA4661-05-T-0071) will be issued electronically on or about 20 July 2005 on the government’s Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Requests for solicitations by telephone will not be honored. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. Highly recommend registering at www.BPN.gov immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
