- Description
- This notice is to identify all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation of the Repair Fire Pump System “A” Street Water Plant, Project No. LJYC 05-1038, Solicitation No. FA5685-05-R-0020. All potential offerors must submit the attached letter to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email, and solicitation point of contact. This information shall be submitted no later than 1500hrs (3:00 PM) on 30 June 2005. Fax and emails will be accepted. Any interested party that does not submit this information by the stated cut-off date shall not be considered for award; therefore, any proposal submitted will be considered non-responsive. Parties not previously identified and listed per the above request shall not be allowed entry to the pre-proposal conference/site visit. POC for this acquisition is Metin Acan at 39 Contracting Squadron and can be reached at 316-8084. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION. DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD THIS SOLICITATION TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY. THEREFORE, PROPOSALS FROM BUSINESS CONCERNS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. EFFECTIVE 1 JAN 2005, NO AWARD WILL BE MADE TO ANY CONTRACTOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE A CURRENT CCR REGISTRATION.
