Description

General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest Washington DC ________________________________________________________________________ Requirements: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease contiguous office and related space in one (1) building. The available space must consist of approximately 150,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The amount of parking in the building must comply with Washington DC zoning codes. The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with GSA Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s security requirements. Location: Site must be located within the following delineated area: Pennsylvania Avenue NW on the north; 23rd Street NW on the west; Constitution Ave NW on the south; and 18th Street NW on the east. Lease Term: Ten (10) years firm. Occupancy: Space must be available for occupancy by Summer 2008. Expressions of Interest Should Include the Following and be Submitted no Later than COB August 17, 2005: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Floor plan 4.
