- ANY REQUESTS MUST BE WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE AND FAX NUMBER, PLEASE NO EMAILS UNABLE TO ACCESS IT. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five (45) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice or received as a result of a notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The U S Naval Academy has a requirement for services with QED Associates, 13832 Dayton Meadows Court, Dayton MD 21036-1000 to provide Digital Electronics Design, Development and Fabrication by expanding the TAS to include the Xilinx cool runner II CPLD 512 Model instead of the 324 Model. Development and implement go/no-go system test plans for the Midstar-I Mission modify existing sensor board design for space application. Fabricate 4 modified sensor boards. Design, develop, and fabricate modified sensor interfaces to support remote system test. This solicitation shall close on Friday 5 August 2005, at 3:30 PM local time.
