- This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy" RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Howden Buffalo for qty 2 each Vaneaxial Fan p/n 525144-142. Award to be made based on all or none, and lowest technically acceptable quote received. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition, FAR part 13. Direct procurement questions via email to: ellen.hensley@navy.mil. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 3 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement maybe considered by the government. The applicable NAICS code is 333412; the size standard is 500. employees. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendor's doing business with DOD.
