- The Government intends to award a contract to Applied Ordnance Techology (AOT) as a sole source basis for Administrative and Acquisition Support. AOT will provide support for the entire Non-Lethal Life Cycle Process; Run the Milestone reporting system and organize and coordinate milestone decision reviews; Study, evaluate and recommend courses of action and ensure that the Non Lethal/Scaleable Effects Team projects are documented well enough to successfully negotiate acquisition milestone decision reviews; Integrate acquisition and administrative support expertise and considerations in projects during early lifecycle development; Assist in keeping the projects on schedule, within specified costs and at the expected levels of performance; Ensure that Non-Lethal and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) are considered and included ???
