- The U.S. Army, TACOM-Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for the manufacture and delivery of three (3) Palletized Volcano Mounting Kits for the M139 Volcano Mine Dispenser System with a potential Option for three additional kits. It is the Government???s intent to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to SustainmentPlus Corporation, Deland, FL under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) (iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Release of the solicitation is anticipated on or about 31 August 2005 and will be available at http://procnet.pica.army.mil.
