- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army RDECOM - Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole sourc e basis with Aerostar International Inc. ( Aerostar ), 1814 N F Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5057. This effort is to provide the Government with 218 Air Force Fuel Handlers Coveralls. Aerostar is currently producing coveralls for the Air Force under a separate contract. The Government has a need to obtain an additional sampling of these coveralls to test and evaluate modifications. Because the Government is specifically modifying cove ralls currently being produced by Aerostar, Aerostar is the only available source to secure the required sampling. Therefore, the contract must be awarded to the proposed contractor. Questions concerning this acquisition may be addressed to the above add ress, Attention: Mr. Richard R.
