- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a separate written request for quotation will not be issued. Please note that there is an attachment to this synopsis/solicitation which details additional information and can be found under FA4452-05-Q-A347ATTACHMENTS. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA4452-05-Q-A347. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 337214 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The AMC Contracting Flight plans to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for SYSTEMS FURNITURE and installation of same at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. This is issued on a Brand Name or Equal basis. WE INTEND TO ISSUE ONE OPEN MARKET PURCHASE ORDER AND WE ARE SEEKING OPEN MARKET PRICING. The listing of the items to be purchased and drawings depicting installation placement are found at FA4452-05-Q-A347ATTACHMENTS. Required delivery and installation must be completed by 22 August 2005 to: Det 3 AMCAOS, 626 Cannon Drive (Bldg 626), Little Rock AFB AR 72099 on an FOB Destination basis. Information shall be provided in a format that reflects the price per item and total contract price. Total cost shall include installation and all shipping and handling charges. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
