- The Government plans to issue a FFP contract for the acquisition of 1) Complete Displacer Assembly, P/N: AL03-3003E, Qty: 20 ea; 2) Rotary Valve Complete Assembly, P/N: VM03-3002, Qty: 40ea; and 3) Statement of Work. Required delivery is 45 days after receipt of contract. These are critical parts used by the Technical Applications Products Division to repair the Automatic Cryogenic Rectifier (ACR)- a ground based air sampler. Cryomech Inc. is the sole source provider of the ACR. The incoming air is collected into sample bottes and analyzed for gasses of interest. Dimensions and a brief description are: 1) Rotary Valve Assembly - 1 oz, Apx .250"L, .750"Diameter - Key component of the Cold Head Motor Assembly - Attaches to the Valve Plate; 2) Complete Displacer Assembly - Top Cap 1 oz, 1"L, 3" Diameter - Attaches to the Stem Seal Retainer Assembly and includes Displacer Stem P/N: AL03-1003 and Displacer Body P/N: AL03-3003. Note 22 - Sole Source - applies to Cryomech Inc, Syracuse NY 13211.
