- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is_334111, standard size:1000 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BBBB5181A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-04 effective 08 June 2005. The Government intends to award a contract for the following line items: CLIN0001 for QUANTITY: 1, P/N NEO4000LTO-2 Overland Tape Library, NEO 4000, RM 1 Module, 60 slots, 10U High QTY 2, LTO-2 drives all necessary cables, terminator, Bar Code Reader and Bar Code Labels 3 year warranty, first year on site, years 2 and 3 Xchange now. CLIN 0002 for QUANTITY: 1 20UPRIMARY 20 elevator assembly for NEO (PRIMARY). CLIN 0003 for QUANTITY: 1 Racket Tabletop to Rackmount Conversion Kit with slide rails for NEO, also includes heavy duty brackers required for rackmounting NEO 4000. CLIN 0004 for QUANTITY: 1 Rack 25U Rack, APC net Shelter. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 Days after award FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. To Qualify for Award, all Line Items must be priced. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; In accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (a) (2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price.
