- The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Hartford Hospital, 80 Seymour Street, Hartford, CT 06115 to provide rsearch services for National PTSD Center regarding fmri investigation of PTSD - Related cognitive deficits and DNA Tissue Banking for aproximtaley 30 eligible veteran patients. Hartford Hospital is the only know Healthcare Facility in the local geographic area that can provide required services. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government will consider all proposals received by 8/2/05. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Solicitation shall be posted on or about 7/26/05. See note 22.
