- The VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Red Wilk Construction, Huron, SD, a service-disabled veteran-owned business, for the replacement of the auditorium roof, under authority of PL 108-183, FAR 19.1406. Scope of the project is estimated between $25,000 and $50,000. NAICS is 236180 and business size is $12 million. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, any qualified, interested parties may identify their interest and capability in writing within 10 days after publication of this notice. Information should be faxed to 605-333-6829 to the attention of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation is being issued.
