- The VA Medical Center Battle Creek Michigan is seeking information concerning interested small businesses capable of establishing and maintaining a turn-key community based outpatient clinic in the Lansing, Michigan metropolitan area. Requirements will include providing the facility, staff, and ancillary services necessary to provide primary care for a base with four option years to approximately 2000 enrollees in the base year up to approximately 3500 enrollees by the fourth option year.
