- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Global 360 (formerly eiStream), Bethesda, Maryland for Maintenance of software. This will include image transfer, image management, high speed transfer, archive, retrieval, and internal testing of the eiStream software licenses currently provided. The period of performance will cover one year from the date of award. The solicitation number for this RFQ is 530200000816. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government to not compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement will be awarded through the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR part 13. The NAICS code is 541511 with a size standard of $21 M.
