- Item 1 is to furnish all labor, materials and supervision for: preparation of existing exterior surfaces, priming and painting as required, final clean up and disposal of all trash and debris at occupied NCI-Frederick Building 539 in accordance with Specification Number 121074-PS-0001, dated 6/23/05, Drawing No. F-539-107, dated 2/24/64 and Drawing No. F-539-108, dated 2/24/64. This project includes: building preparation, removal and replacement of existing expansion joint sealant and backer rods, removal and replacement of existing sealant around windows, cleaning of anodized window frames, wash exterior surface of glazing, caulk repairs to existing window glazing and preparation and painting of all exterior CMU, vertical concrete, EIFS surfaces, poured concrete retaining walls at loading dock, basement stairs, areaway, utility piping, ductwork, doors, frames, and miscellaneous metals. Item 2 is to furnish all labor, materials and supervision for: preparation of existing exterior surfaces, priming and painting as required, final clean up and disposal of all trash and debris at occupied NCI-Frederick Building 550 in accordance with Specification Number 121074-PS-0001, dated 6/23/05, and Drawing No. F-550-102, dated 6/17/64. This project includes: building preparation, removal and replacement of existing expansion joint sealant and backer rods, removal and replacement of existing sealant around windows, cleaning of anodized window frames, wash exterior surface of glazing, caulk repairs to existing window glazing and preparation and painting of all exterior CMU, vertical concrete surfaces, wood trim, utility piping, ductwork, doors, frames, and miscellaneous metals.
