- NSN 5365-00-663-4004 (SPACER, RING) RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT THAT CONSISTS OF A BASE YEAR AND FOUR (4) ONE-YEAR OPTIONS. UNRESTRICTED SOLICITATION. JAY-EM AEROSPACE., CAGE 23233, P/N 210A700 REV K. ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY FOR BASE YEAR: 2679 EA (1340 EA TO TRACY, CA AND 1340 EA TO NEW CUMBERLAND, PA). ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY FOR OPTION YEARS: 1692 EA (846 EA TO TRACY, CA AND 846 TO NEW CUMBERLAND, PA). MAXIMUM CONTRACT QUANTITY IS 17,061 EACH. STOCK DELIVERY - 30 DAYS SURGE AND SUSTAINMENT APPLIES. THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE, AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION.
