- Solicitation for NSN: 6110-01-414-4947, Detector, Light Intensity. Approved Source(s): Hamamatsu Corporation, Part Number R-1689-03. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 001. Requested delivery is 140 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is non-commercial. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. This solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract with 100% Quantity Option. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
