- This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The actual RFP, with information and specifications will be available on the Gateway website (see instructions below) after August 12, 2005. Please note that all dates are estimated. Visit http//ct.dscp.dla.mil/Contracting/ for helpful information. All contractors must be CCR registered and have a CAGE code. (Call 1-800-227-2423 or https:ccr.dlis.dla.mil to register------ See notes #1,9 and 26. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Buy American Act applies. This is an Acquisition for ACU Insignia's (Unit Patches)/38 NSN'S). The NSN's will be provided in the Solicitation. Unit of issue is each. This is a Indefinite Delivery Type Contract. Quantity is as follows: Base year: MINIMUM: 150,000/MAXIMUM: 1,000,000. Award will contain two (2) 100% Options. Deliveries will be made to Phoenix AZ and New Cumberland PA. Deliveries will begin 150 days after date of award. First article samples will be due 45 days after date of award. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments--------INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETREIVING SOLICITATION-----Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway(Gateway) at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home after August 12, 2005. From the Gateway homepage, search RFP's from left-hand sidebar. Select "Solicitation" and type the Solicitation number you wish to view(SP010005R0099). Click Search. You must be registered in order to download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed.
